Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk alih dan campur kode serta penyebab terjadinya campur kode dalam Tabloid Pulsa khususnya Rublik Connect. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik konten analisis dengan bantuan kartu data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk campur kode meliputi 18 bentuk kata, diikuti 4 buah berbentuk frasa, 2 buah berbentuk baster, 1 idiom dan terakhir 1 bentuk baster. Alih kode sulit di temukan, berdasarkan analisis hanya terdapat 1 bentuk alih kode di dalam pertuturan. Terdapat tiga penyebab terjadinya alih dan campur kode yaitu; untuk menunjukan identitas kelompok atau sebagai nilai pristise sebanyak 18 buah, diikuti campur dan alih kode akibat kebutuhan leksikal sebanyak 2 buah, dan untuk mengefisiensikan suatu pembicaraan sebanyak 2 buah.

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to describe code switching and code mixing in Tabloid Pulsa particularly at Rublik Connect. The method of the research was descriptive qualitative. Content analysis technique was used with data cards assisted. The result of the study showed that code mixing covered 18 word forms, contained by 4 phrase forms, 2 baster forms, 1 idiom and the last was 1 baster form. Code switching was difficult to find, based on the analysis, there was only 1 code switching occurred in the dialogue. There were three causes occured to code switching and code mixing such as; to show group identity or as prestige value about 18 forms, followed by code mixing and code swithing required for lexical needs about 2 forms, and to efficient the dialogue, it took about 2 forms.
